How Real is Systemic Racism?

Ben Shapiro, in a panel discussion (YouTube: “Ben Shapiro Smacks Down Black Lives Matter…”), asked the following question: “Is America more racist now than in 1960…?”. So, what do the facts indicate? Is ‘systemic racism’ a fact… or an attempt to divide Americans?
Following is list of over one hundred Americans of color who have reached great success in their field. There are four fields where the list so extensive, we will just name the categories:
One other important fact: Barack Obama was elected President of the United States.
This list indicates that America does not suffer from the systemic racism perpetrated by the media and divisive groups. This list illustrates that such media and divisive groups suffer from ‘systemic irresponsibility.’
